At Gamkers, we strive to maintain strict quality standards and efficient order processing. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Cancellation & Refund Policy.


Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed and processed.

Cancellation requests will only be considered if:

  • The request is made immediately after placing the order, and
  • The order has not entered processing, packaging, dispatch, license activation, or fulfillment stages.

Gamkers reserves the sole right to approve or reject any cancellation request.

Customized, made-to-order, limited-stock, digital, software-related, activation-based, or specially procured products are strictly non-cancellable under any circumstances.


Order Cancellation by Gamkers

Gamkers reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
  • Incomplete or unverifiable customer information
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Operational limitations

In such cases, eligible refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.


Refund Policy

No Refunds Policy

All sales made through Gamkers are considered final.

We maintain a strict No Refund Policy for all products and services unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by customer
  • Compatibility issues not confirmed with us before purchase
  • Delayed deliveries caused by courier services or external factors
  • Minor packaging damage during transit
  • Software, digital, downloadable, activation-based, or license-related products
  • Customer dissatisfaction after successful delivery
  • Improper handling, misuse, or unauthorized modifications of products

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers must report any physically damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video proof
  • Clear product images
  • Order details

Failure to provide valid proof within the specified time may result in rejection of the claim.

Gamkers reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving any replacement or refund request.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if exceptionally approved by Gamkers, shall be:

  • Processed only after product verification
  • Limited to the original order value paid
  • Issued through the original payment method only

Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, convenience charges, handling fees, customs duties, or taxes are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

In cases where returns are exceptionally approved:

  • Customers shall bear the return shipping costs unless otherwise decided by Gamkers.
  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact.
  • Returned items failing inspection may be rejected without refund.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating false chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or payment reversals after successful delivery or service fulfillment may result in legal action and permanent restriction from future purchases.
